We will never share our email or client list with anyone. We have worked too hard to build trust with our guests and would not want to jeopardize the relationship we have with them. If you have trusted your personal information to us, please be assured we will keep it to ourselves. We take policies regarding privacy seriously.
We will never share or sell your information to anyone, ever.
Salon and Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes before your salon treatments to insure our full service and enjoyment of your service. A 24-hour notice is requested for all rescheduling or cancellations . If you do not comply or if you “no show” for a scheduled appointment a credit card will be required to hold future appointments. A fee of your full service will then be charged if you “no show” or do not give a 24 hour notice on that future appointment booked.
Cell phones can be very disruptive to our environment. Please put your phone on silent mode while you are with us. It is a terrible situation to be asleep on a massage table and them have somebody you don’t need to talk to call you and wake you up from your peaceful slumber.
We offer aromatherapy with all of our services. If you are sensitive to smells, you may not be comfortable with us.
We offer Aveda Soothing Tea to our guests, it is made with organic peppermint, licorice root and basil. It is very soothing to the belly, great for digestion. Invigorating and relaxing at the same time! We really love it. If tea is not your thing, there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door.
All products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a retail credit with a receipt.
